Terms of Service

Conditions of sale and use of this website.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the sigmaprocessequipment.com website and all equipment sales transactions with SIGMA Process Equipment. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Equipment Sales

All equipment is sold as used, second-hand industrial machinery. Equipment descriptions, specifications, and photos are provided in good faith based on our inspection records. Minor variations between listed specifications and actual equipment may exist due to the nature of used machinery.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation. Payment terms are agreed individually per transaction and confirmed in the proforma invoice. Equipment is reserved only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, equipment is sold FOB (Free on Board) Chinese port. Risk and title transfer to the buyer once the equipment passes the ship's rail at the port of loading. We support all standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP) as agreed per transaction.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

Buyers are encouraged to arrange a pre-shipment inspection at our facility or appoint a third-party inspection agent. Inspection reports, condition photographs, and available service records are provided with every quotation. Claims regarding equipment condition must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Warranty & Disclaimer

All equipment is sold "as is, where is" based on the condition documented in our inspection reports. We do not provide warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in the quotation. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SIGMA Process Equipment and may not be reproduced without written permission. Equipment brand names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from equipment transactions shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
